All 57 nationwide permits

This index covers the 2026 reissuance of the US Army Corps of Engineers nationwide permit programme, published in the Federal Register at 91 FR 768 on January 8, 2026. The permits take effect March 15, 2026 and expire March 15, 2031 unless the Corps reissues or modifies them first.

The 57 NWPs are numbered 1-25, 27-46, 48-55 and 57-60. NWPs 26, 47 and 56 are shown as [Reserved] in the final rule and are not active permits. 56 existing NWPs were reissued with modifications and one new NWP (60) was issued.

NWP 60 (Activities to Improve Passage of Fish and Other Aquatic Organisms) is new this cycle. Every other permit below was reissued with modifications from the prior cycle rather than created from scratch.
